For my first 15 years as a trainer, I taught people how to get healthy.
And I still couldn't stick with it myself.
Not because I didn't know what to do. I knew exactly what to do. But every plan I followed felt like I was squeezing myself into someone else's life, and eventually I'd snap back out of it.
So I stopped. Stopped chasing the "right" routine. Stopped performing wellness.
And started paying attention to what actually made me feel better. What I genuinely looked forward to.
The small stuff. The simple stuff. The stuff that fit into a real day, not an ideal one.
That's when something clicked.
Wellness doesn't have to be all or nothing. It doesn't have to be perfect or punishing or look a certain way.
It just has to be yours.

Forget the all-or-nothing approach. You don’t need a full reset to feel better. You can start with simple actions that fit into your real life, even on low-energy days.

Progress doesn’t come from perfect streaks. When has anything ever gone perfectly? Real progress comes from showing up consistently, even in small ways, and letting those wins build over time.

There’s no one 'right way' to be healthy. YOU get to choose what works for you, your energy, and your life, so it actually feels like something you can stick with.

You go all in, fall off, and end up right back where you started. It feels like you’re always beginning again, but never really building anything.
It’s not a lack of knowledge. It’s the all-or-nothing cycle that makes it hard to keep going when life isn’t perfect.
You’re not looking for extreme. You want something simple, flexible, and doable so you can finally keep going.
