Hi! I’m Brittany.

My goal with this blog is to inspire you to MOVE more, COOK more, and LIVE more. 

I’ve been a personal trainer for 17 years. When I graduated from LSU with a degree in Kinesiology I swore I would NEVER be a trainer. Joke’s on me!

I was always active as a kid. I grew up dancing, playing baseball, and trying to keep up with my older brothers, but I never enjoyed working out. It wasn’t until I discovered Animal Flow in 2012 that I started to enjoy my workouts.

I found Animal Flow while searching the internet late one night. It popped up on my screen and changed everything.

Inspiration is everywhere. I want to help you find the things that are going to get you moving and creating a healthier and happier life for yourself. It feels good to be fit and healthy and I want to help make that easier for you.

It’s taken me a long time to get to where I actually enjoy my workouts. I never thought I would be able to say that. Hopefully I can help you get there a lot quicker.

I encourage you to experiment with anything that peaks your interest. Even if it ends up NOT working, you’ll learn about yourself which will only help you along your journey.
